Atlantahobby.com Fun Fly 11/06/04
These are photos from a fun fly that was held on 11/06/04. There were over 48 registerd RC pilots over 60 RC aircraf and many more visitors that stopped by for a day of fun in the sun.
Trip to the beach July 2004
We had a great time over a long weekend in july 2004. The jids swam every day in several different water parks and at the beach. At night we shot fireworks and played at the local amusement parks.

Elijah Flies in the Hang Glider with Dad
This past Memorial Day 2004 was my favorite Hang Glider flight to date as I got to take my own 7-year-old son on his first Tandem flight. We launched from our front yard airstrip towed aloft behind our Ultralight (a common way of getting airborne just like sailplanes). At altitude we released from the tug and got some quality air time together. It was a real thrill and Elijah really enjoyed it as he got to see the area as very few humans ever will.

Photos from the Memorial Day 2003 party at Stoney Point. About 50-75 folks drove or flew in for a day of fun. Big planes, RC planes, Zing Wings and even a pedal plane were all part of the day's festivities. These photos were supplied by Andy Isburgh from the very nice Whispering Pines Airport community. I was to busy playing to shoot any photos so Thanks Andy!
Slope Flying with Lou at Carters Dam in March 2003. This is a 450 high dam north of Atlanta. All bolders on one side and a big deep lake onthe other. You need to land (crash) on the 12 ft high road on top.

Christmas Fishing at Stoney Point This is Elijah and Sierra doing a little fishing on 12/29/02 with the rod and reel from Grandma and granddad Ritchie gave Elijah for Christmas.
Elijahs 6th Birthday party with all of his friends at Chuck E Cheese. A big time was had by all!
January 3rd Snow Storm
Some still photos of the January 3rd 2002 snow storm at our home. It was the first time Elijah and Siera got to rid in a sled!

Fall Festival and Fly-In, October 2000
The 2000 event was the largest to date with over 100 visitors taking part in the days activities. Jumpy things, a big slide, horse rides and more present in the beautiful fall air. Russ thrilled the crowd by Skydiving out of a hot air balloon. Many Young Eagle rides were given and every one enjoyed Doug's BBQ.

Imported and fully certified this lightweight Sailplane is as fun as it looks.

Superfloater UltraLight Sailplane
Cliffs Superfloater is part 103 legal. It's lightweight construction makes soaring easy and it's open air pilots seat makes the view incredible.

Whitney's Front Yard Work, June 2001
Lots of dirt work makes a new yard look good! Cliff and Gail with the help of Jay land took the hill off of their front yard to make for a better view and an improvement in airflow for the runway.

8/19/2001 Day with NASA
On August 19th we were visited by The North Atlanta Soaring Association (NASA). What a treat to see all of the high tech Carbon and Glass wings. Man were these things cool!

New Drag-N-Fly Tow plane arrives
Cliff and Greg are the proud new owners of a Bailey-Moyes Drag-N-Fly. These are the delivery photos. The tug is used to pull up the Hang Gliders as well as the Super Floater.

Memorial Day 1999
These are photos from our communities first ever get together. Held at the Whitney's hanger on Memorial day 1999. Over fifty friends and neighbors came and enjoyed the day with us.

Memorial Day 2001

Sun-N-Fun 2001
Greg, Vic, Carol and Cliff made the trip down to Lakeland to dueling RV's for one day of the 2001 Sun-N-Fun fly-in. It was a great trip and we made it down and back in a single day with plenty of time to see the show.

Wolf Camera Pink Slip Party 9/29/2001
These are photos are of the last day party of Wolf Camera Corporate associates. As you can see it was a great time and most even made it home before the sun came up (most).
